​Day 8 is ​​Bicep Curls

Attach your long tube (heavy resistance- red) inside the handles. Stand on the band. With palms facing up, curl arms, keeping elbows in at your sides. Complete 15 reps. Then, change to a clutch curl with elbows facing outward. Think about bringing your knuckles toward each other as you curl up in front of your chest.

Complete 15 reps.

Aim to complete 3 rounds of this superset.
