What You'll Need:

Busy Bee Body Resistance Band Kit

​To do this exercise:

  • check
    ​​Snap short green tube into handles (add more tubes for more resistance)
  • check
    ​​Sit Up Tall
  • check
    ​​Keep your shoulders down
  • check
    Pull across your chest
  • check
    Stay controlled. Don't sling your arms.
