​Today Bekah is doing a full 12 minute workout circuit to exercise the postural muscles.  With people who work at a desk all day these muscles get very strained and this leads to poor posture.  Doing this circuit will train these key muscles and can be done multiple times a day, as Bekah demonstrates.
